We offer bags of dry pasta (produced in our shop) made with Organic Semolina flour imported from Italy. Only bronze dies are used for the extrusion process to give the pasta the ideal “rough” texture, enabling sauces to cling to it. Drying takes place at low temperatures, over 18 hours, to preserve the nutritional and sensory qualities of the product. The pasta is packaged by hand to ensure it is not damaged.

Other than our dry pasta, we offer a selection of Italian imported products such as extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, truffle products, sweet treats and more. Come and visit us to see our selection.
