The tortellini with parma ham and parmigiano is heavenly. The penne with a simple tomato sauce and sprinkling of basil and romano is a death row last supper wish.
I cannot recommend this place more highly, especially when it comes to stuffed pasta versus other fresh pasta producers in the Austin market.
This La Dolda Pasta, from the new shop in Westlake, is taking plain pasta love to new heights.
Oh my what delicious pasta. Can't wait to come back!
Found this cute little place at last second on google. I tried 3 different plates and was not disappointed. Their pasta is made daily and so delicious that even just butter and cheese is enough to make it shine. Their sauces are full of flavor... Cassy is so darling, and Matteo is so passionate about his food. They're so friendly and helpful. Definitely my new get together spot when I come into town.
Such a cute little place in Westlake. We took home some of the handmade dried pasta and the fresh gnocchi with their tomato and pesto sauces. It was delicious! I love that the place is family owned, that they are from Italy, live in Westlake and have a genuine interest in our community. Super friendly staff. Really great experience. You have to see how lovely and special this place is!
Oh my... there are no words to describe the taste, quality, and passion evident in this pasta. Sounds crazy, right? It's flour and water. But here it is SO much more!
I am picky! My husband makes his own pasta and sauce from his family's recipes from Naples. I love this place-delicious pasta and sauces!
Move over Olive Garden! Matteo is an amazing owner and his pasta is second-to-none. This authentic pasta shop does not disappoint - check out the olive oil and sauces as well!
Great place in Westlake! We are lucky to have such a primo neighbor with amazing food!!
Molto bene! Bought some gnocchi con spinachi and pesto. Best I've had since Italy and just as good too. I'll be back!
Absolutely fantastic shop, amazing pasta, run by a wonderful family from Genoa, Italy. Chris and I are hooked! Everyone should visit and taste what REAL Italian pasta is supposed to taste like.
Wonderful place. If you are Italian (even if you are not) you would recognize the quality.
